It was a big win for Futurecon at the SAISC Steel Awards!

Hammanskraal Hospital, one of our flagship buildings in the 2022 Awards, won the award for BEST LSFB PROJECT!

Furthermore, 108 Albert Road Woodstock received a special commendation.

We are proud and honored for the award and commendation! Special thanks to our amazing team for all the hard work over the past few years! This award means so much to us and we could not have done it without our Futurecon team! Onwards & upwards!

COMMERCIAL PROJECT | Aerial view of our latest commercial #lightsteelframe #build in #woodstock, #capetown. An existing three-storey building has been reengineered into a five-storey structure, using heavy structural steel and precast concrete floors.

It was decided that light steel framing would be used for all façade walls, due to its low mass, insulation, speed of construction and the ability to install LSF without impacting on other concurrent building activities. Light Steel Frame will also be used for the entire top floor including roof structure.
